I would give zero stars if I could. The service is horrible! They made us feel like "second class" customers... the two waitresses are just rude and have no respect for customers. I dont really know who they think they are to treat us like that. They should get fired... we were standing waiting for the waitress to come to ask if we could have a table... she saw us, looked at us like we were coming from I dont know where... she continued staring at us... she did not even say "hello, can i help you"... she completely ignored us until I approached her even closer and asked if we could have a table. The second waitress came to take our order and told us about the catch of the day and the menu. We wanted the catch of the day, but when we told her that, after she had explained, she said: "I can't take your order because I have other priorities"... you never say something like that to customers. Tables are really small, so we got a kind of supporting box that was hung on the side of the table to put our bottle of water. The first waitress came at some point while we were eating!!!!, just saying: "sorry, sorry..." while taking the bottle out of the supporting box, placing the bottle on the super small table... she then took the supporting box to give it to another customer! WTH! You do not do that to customers!!!! We will never go back to this...
Read moreWe were, naturally, expecting good ouzo, music, and food from a Greek restaurant. Although the food was quite good and the waiter was great/very kind, they only have one glass of ouzo, and we were the first ones to arrive there that evening. That's the first strike. Then we ordered food, it was delicious, but for a place where the concept is sharing food, the dishes are not designed in a way that it can be shared with more than two people, it means you have to order two of the same dishes. Once the food was finished, we went for one of the only two desserts they had, and the only Greek one in the menu. And guess what, the bougatsa was out of stock. That's the second strike. Then we said, okay then at least let's go for a nice Greek coffee, Frappe. And that is in the menu as well. Aaaand, they didn't have that either. I mean, what kind of a Greek restaurant wouldn't have a Greek dessert, a signature Greek alcohol drink and their famous coffee?! Furthermore, there were no music in the restaurant throughout the evening. Don't get me wrong, again, the food was delicious; but we pay that money for the whole experience, and for a place which had good ranking, we...
Read moreThis is a review for Ergon @ Dockx Brussels. Food was absolutely delicious. Unreal. Did not expect to eat anything as good as that in this area. The restaurant was completely empty when we walked in. The Thai restaurant in the same complex is terrible and more expensive. We live nearby so we're ecstatic. Wine was good. Prices were good. Waiters were friendly. We ordered sausages, polpo, salad and chips. Two portions of salad arrived, the polpo and the sausages but no chips. Me and my partner both were sure I had made the correct order. I mentioned that they made a mistake but we were happy to eat the salads and leave the chips. When the bill came they had charged us for the two salads. Which was 6 euros more expensive than the chips. I paid without a fuss but i was a little surprised.
We will still be going back, the food is better than anything i ate in Greece. Just gonna make sure they get my order next time. In-sane-ly good food. Hope they last, dockx brussels isnt drawing...
