We ordered our food at 18 with Just Eat, containing 3 pizzas and two pastas. An hour later we got the message that the food was on its way and was to be delivered very soon. We waited in the lobby of our hotel for an hour. We called them multiple times and got the same response “It will be there in a minute”. We started to think that we got scammed. When the food finally arrived at 19:45, it was the wrong pizzas (just margaritas, when we ordered some with more value). We wanted to complain for the bad experience. They said on the phone that they were willing to do anything to make up for it, but when we asked for a refund they said over and over again ”we are very busy”. No refund came. Bad, bad, bad...

i can't understand what they are saying, it's not french, nor dutch, nor any language recognizable by man, also, the biker guy who delivers can't flollow simple directions on a map, i am very hungry and i no have my pizza :(
