Rigoletto 🇮🇹 — Restaurant in Knokke-Heist

Today, my family and me visited this “restaurant”. But unfortunately we couldn't have dinner, because they told us that we hadn't ordered enough and said they couldn't serve us. So we are four people, ordered bear, cola and coffee and also 2 different pizzas. Why does someone decide how much my family should eat? Also, this is not our first trip to this place, and last time we ordered one pizza and pasta for three people and there were no problems or questions.

Also, when I asked for a book of complaints, they refused to give it to me. But each restaurant must have a book of complaints and must issue it at the request of the client.

The most unfriendly service. Just when I interned the place, I found out that guys was not in the good mood, but fine, that can happen. Work in horeca is difficult routine. But later, next table to me, two guests arrived and wanted to sit on the 4 people table, but they wanted to sit in different sides, what I find no problem. So, the waiter came to them and started to telling them how they have to sit and how they had to behave. That situation wasn't related to me, but I really felt sorry for these people, because probobly I would just stand up and leave, because this is the most disrespectful attitude towards costumers I have ever seen. Allright, about quality of food and prices. Too expensive, for a standard quality. Interieur is very old fashioned, but this is a matter of test, but the "insectenlamp" over the bar, is discusting. Radio instead of normal music in the background......

Extreamly rude and Extreamly bad food. They advertise for a "Panini" and then place very poor quality stuffing worth 50 cents inside a rock hard french baguette worthy of giving your mouth a blood bath. Their pizza are worse than a frozen low price from a night shop. I've experienced bad food before, but never experienced false price advertisements until yesterday. They advertise a price at the entry, then when you pay , it's 5 times the price. The worst restaurant (Italian or non Italian) I've ever been to. The greatest rip-off I've ever had. This place shouldn't be in business....
