Panos — Restaurant in Leuven

Last Saturday 04.01.2020 I went with my Finance to Panos for a Sandwich and Coffee. After she kindly told she would like to have Coffee served in a mug the staff member young man instead of doing so started an argument threaten to escort her out. I can’t understand how a Staff Member can be so rude to a customer. We are very disappointed. One more thing regarding sandwiches. The young man wasn’t wearing any gloves during the preparation of sandwiches and short after handling money to customers.
