When my partner and I walked into this restaurant by chance, we immediately said, "wow, the atmosphere of this place is awesome." Not too serious, very quirky and unique and lots of soul. Not to mention the incredible alcoholic beverages, heavenly tasty pizza, and freshly home-made desserts. What started off as a night meeting with old friends, it was now a night to remember by making conversations with friendly new ones. We learned that the place was designed and decorated by Charlotte and Sebastian who operate the restaurant together. They shared an incredible origin story of how they grew the restaurant from a small pizza oven in public courtyards to the establishment it is today. And, you can really feel that. This place is a locally owned and operated establishment filled with so much soul and love. To Charlotte, Sebastian and Frankie, thank you for an incredible experience. We will be telling all of our friends and family to visit Mechelen, and especially to swing by your place you've built from...

We added last minute one seat on a table for two, so 3 in total, they left us on a table outside the restaurant without proposing to change after it got free inside, the girl who works there also made the joke calling it the "VIP seat". Ordered 3 pizzas, Parma, Malines and one with truffel oil at 7.40pm, received them at 8.45pm... Meanwhile I have ordered an apetaizer to have as a snak, cold one so nothing to be cooked stuffed paprikas the best food I had there btw, in 40 mins they didn't bring it so I had to tell them if we could have had it while waiting. As last we asked the bill and the guy, who looked like the owner to me, "you can go pay inside if you want"... Pizzas were ok but nothing special compared to others in Mechelen with simiular...

Great pizzas but zero customer service mentality. This place is drunk on its success and doesn’t care to listen to their clients and their needs. We used to get pizza there to go and got sent away a few times “due to busyness”. After a 3rd time someone explained that pick up is only possible during the week as the weekends are too busy to cater to restaurant and the take-away orders. Too bad that was never updated on their website so people wouldn’t waste their time. Now they apparently stopped the take-away altogether (I went there on Thursday and got sent away) while their website clearly says: takeout possible. I understand you want to change your offering but at least update your website and stop taking your customers...
