Worst pizza hut I have ever been to in my life, across multiple countries and continents (Newcastle, Arlon, London, etc). I would not return here if you paid me. The people of Namur deserve better.
Costumer service was absolutely appalling, with certain members of staff being rude, and insolent.
The refill drinks machine was abysmal, producing; tepid, tasteless, without gas, with scum on top, and just in general frankly disgusting drinks. Even the water it outputted tasted off.
The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, with mould growth, yellow stains on the floor under urinals and toilets, and a bin that was full to the brim with paper towels. Furthermore, the urinals were leaking. Not only that, but they were in the basement, down a set of rickety, rotten set of stairs, that were falling off the wall and looked like they were close to collapse.
NEVER visit this horrendous restaurant.

Read moreI was expecting more of it, but I was disappointed and I am not so hard to please. The pizza was tasty and that was all the positive that this place gets. The "normal" pizza it's a small one, and we had a hair on the breadslice. The refreshments from the machine are not as tasty and sometimes you don't get the flavor you want, but instead you just get sparkling water. Even after we have told the waitress about the problem and said that she is going to change the cartridge, that never happened. It's a bit tight in there with the tables a bit too close to eachother. The waitresses are not experienced and one of them was unhappy for being there. Somehow they don't have enough forks and small spoons. Overall was not a good experience and I wouldn't go...
Read moreThe nachos are specially advertised with logos and photos in the menu, but when we ordered them they didn't have them. This was on a Saturday at 16h. The downstairs area with the toilets had a horrible smell immediately as you open the door from the restaurant that leads downstairs. The drinking station had only 4 options, all sugar-free except for the ice tea. Even normal Pepsi wasn't available. A restaurant in the city centre shouldn't allow itself such poor portfolio and low hygiene level. The pizza was good but not in range with other pizza huts we've eaten in across Belgium. The waiter was very nice and he's the only reason we gave a 3 for the service...
