Pizza Hut Oostende — Restaurant in Ostend

Date of new visit: 02/07/2023 between 1:15 PM and 2:00 PM.

When I called the restaurant around 1 pm to ask if it was possible to make a reservation for 2 people, I was kindly spoken to and informed that this was no problem. Once we arrived at the entrance, and once waiting at the "please wait" sign, we saw the staff walking by 1 by 1, exactly as if they were so focused on 1 thing. Well, after a few minutes we were helped further by an employee, who then offered us a table close to the counter.

Friend who was with me then decided to go to the toilet, because of a long walk, once she came back, the first thing she said was that it looked really bad.. then said: "Don't feel like talking about it anymore" otherwise you don't feel like eating anymore". This made me look at it myself, and just like she said I saw this in both the men's and women's toilets.

What concerned me most is that the man sitting at a computer on the first floor apparently benefited more from small talk with staff than actually doing anything about it.

The buffet itself was okay, and the taste was about the same as in other pizza hut restaurants, but the taste was different, perhaps because the toilet visit ruined it so that it did not taste the same as before.

After having a meal, I approached the manager at the counter, with the excuse of: "sorry someone had an accident a few days ago, and yes, the carpet has been pulled". Okay understandable but then you can still do something about it.

BUT MONEY GAIN IS MORE IMPORTANT HERE THAN GUEST EXPERIENCE. Also better train the staff! You just notice that the staff is not calm and controlled. Multitasking is quite key in such a restaurant.

Do something about it! Unfortunately you won't see...

We were yesterday there with family of four. And it was our fourth time there . Several times we had a weitress Tailia and she is provided us a really good service:

1. She knows well menu, and can advice what is better to chose; 2)She has warming attitude
2. Politeness and customer orientation are her assets also.

And always dirty toilets and ways this the toilets. Mostly without soup or paper towels ((

Sometimes flexibility also wasn't good for me. Example I was making my order around ten minutes because the weiter and than manager kept telling me than dishes I wanted are in different menus ( dine in and take out) and they couldn't combine them .

And in the and I have got not exactly what I was expected, however mostly it was by due to mine disappointing and lossing attention, but I connecting my reaction, partly, with lacking of flexibility.

But anyway my...

I will tell you really honestly and truthfully .. when your pizza is milked it looks beautiful from the outside and tastes good but it is like you are just eating bread there are not many vegetables or meat slices on the pizza puffy bread and few ingredients and this is cheating .. also the smell of pizza there is no smell like smoked pizza it is just the smell of bread .. also the drinks there do not taste good I do not know if they like drinking soft drinks through machines and not from a closed bottle I do not like that maybe others like this .. but they really do not understand the real meaning of pizza dough and puffy bread and very little vegetables, meat and sauce. You do not feel that you are eating pizza even there are no small slices of...
