Very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant and spacious shop to visit but I would not recommend buying the new (overpriced) Samsung travel trolleys.

My first Samsung case was indeed build nearly like a tank: it survived 5 intercontinental travels without any problem, until one lock failed while travelling. I immediately bought a new Samsung at an official Samsung shop abroad about five years ago: this one did not even last 2 intercontinental travels. The trolley fell only once while the pull handle was extended and the shaft simply snapped.

Samsung always promotes the strength of their luggage and their international service. Yes, it may be true the case itself is near indestructible but this is certainly NOT the case for the locks, nor the (too light build) aluminium retractable pull shaft on the new line of Samsung luggage. Samsung uses aluminium because it's lighter but it is also far more brittle than metal. The new Samsung line has a semi-hardshell, so the shell will bend inwards under pressure and will certainly stress any delicate valuables you put in your case. So a light case comes at the cost of the case being of far less durable stress resistant build quality.

The retractable aluminium pull handles are simply far too light and one fall of the case on the aluminium handle can break it (like I experienced myself). This should not happen with such an expensive brand.

A Samsung case which cost me at the time near € 300 could not even be repaired here, because the parts were no longer available. In fact it cost me even € 15 just for checking it in for repair and it was returned to me without repair. Now, I've switched to the Delsey brand and hope the build quality is more dependable...

GEEN SERVICE EN GEEN GARANTIE. Een ster is al teveel!!! Ralph Lauren tas gekocht in deze winkel van €189,- Na gebruik (4mnd) voor mijn werk zijn de hoeken al het kunst leer eraf. Terug gegaan naar winkel in Oostende en ze gingen hem opsturen. Afgelopen vrijdag opgehaald en zeiden ze gebruikers sporen. Schijnbaar mag je de tas niet op de grond zetten.Hadden ze nooit meegemaakt en elke klant is tevreden zegt de verkoop dame. Wat een drama winkel, wel verkopen maar...

ONAANGENAME SHOP ERVARING Vandaag voelde ik mij niet op mijn gemak tijdens het winkelen. Doordat er personeelsleden ( blonde oude vrouw ik denk Vanessa ) vollebak aan het roddelen waren over andere collega’s die niet aanwezig waren. Dit was ongepast en onprofessioneel!! Ook kreeg ik geen hulp ik bleef in de buurt nadat ze uitgekletst waren kreeg ik...
