No hands cleaning/wiping involved anyhow. What the heck?! I ended up throwing away my cone, I was not willing to eat what someone touched with dirty hands. Big portions, but I am not sure it adds any value as there's not point to get an ice cream there. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and that's what makes this a difficult review to write. The reason for the low rating is the poor customer service. On my most recent visit, I made a simple request for a mix of two flavors. The person serving me, though very polite, immediately dismissed the idea as 'impossible.' This lack of a 'can-do' attitude was disappointing. It's a shame to see such a great product held back by an unaccommodating approach.
