Bylis Cafe — Restaurant in Saint-Gilles - Sint-Gillis

Very rude behaviour from the owner of the café.

He criticised a friend for bringing his dogs that were calm and getting caresses from other customers.

The owner removed the water bowl that was brought by the waitress.

Made comments that dogs are a nuisance and shouldn't be here.

So then why accepting orders from my friend coming with his dogs if it's to complain afterwards and act in a very hostile manner?

The waitress was on contrary very pleasant but seemed overworked. Lack of proper cleaning inside. To avoid at all coast.
