I am a bit conflicted about this place. On the one hand it looks like the classical eat and leave type of place, on the other hand the more fancy sort of food makes you believe you can spend an evening there. The place is small, 6-7 tables, very simple in terms of decorations and there isn’t much of an eating experience. Music is very low tuned so one can talk but as it’s so small there is a bit too much noise from everyone. The menu is adapted based on what’s easiest available that time of the year, but on the less practical side, from the menu you cannot tell what is an apetisser and what’s a main dish, which we found very confusing. About 30 minutes before closing, we arrived to Le Parloir and thought it was a long shot but the staff welcomed us in and accommodated us. The menu was hand written and was explained that it was family style. As hungry as we were, we ordered everything on the menu plus some more.
