This is the worse restaurant we have ever been to. I will never recomend anyone to come here. Please, save yourself from misserie. We did not like how the owner treated us. Totally Bad Customer Service. 0%! She totally do not understand the deal that she is selling to clients through SocialDeal. She has her own rule that is not even mentioned in the Social Deal website. And she is hard headedly would stick to it though it is not in the terms and condition of social deal. Very difficult to talk with. Totally no consideration at all. She doesnt care if the client is already hungry or not. We came at the restaurant around 8pm, and we were very hungry, we ordered what's in the deal but the owner said that we can only order worth 17euro per person and if goes over that, we have to pay extra. We told her that that is not what it says in the deal on social deal. It says we can get what is in the menu that is listed in the social deal. And that includes the menu that we wanted to order. And it did not mention in the description that its limited to just 17 euro per person. Should we knew about this we will never book it in the first place. And we would just book to other restaurant that serves better menu. This is unfair to us, its like they are cheating the clients. Attracting them to book a deal there and when they did, like what happened to us, they will tell a different story when you get to their restaurant. This experience has totally wasted our time and energy. If it was written down in the description and in their terms and conditions, we would undertand it. We would not argue! But the problem is that... its not! We argued about it literally for an hour and at 9:15pm we have just decided to cancel the deal. What the owner could have done is to give the deal to us since it was their fault in the first place. But she did not. Truly hard headed! Thats why nobody is eating in her restaurant. We were litterally the only client sitting in her restaurant. Its EMPTY! We get it why. Anyway, We have no plan of coming back ever. There was special "Bengali New Year Buffet" (Poila Boishakh menu) and with lots of hope I took my friend with me to taste the authentic Bengali cuisine. I must say that if anyone is missing Bengali food because of staying abroad, then IFL is the one stop shop in Brussels whom you can't miss. Read moreI had one of the most lousy food experience with Indian foodism. The food (veggies) were frozen, marinated 3 days ago and were rotten. They were smelling awful and none of us could eat it. Brocoli and mushrooms were frozen and bad. Paneer was old and reheated and so was chicken. To be served this and call it food is beyond me. I called them up immediately and the gentleman on phone was apologetic, promised to take action. I decided to share this experience on their Facebook page so that they could respect their clients experience and act accordingly. Instead of addressing the issue, Indian foodism removed my post from their Facebook and even replied to what I had posted. Extremely unprofessional and un customer friendly attitude to business. I don't expect high cuisine experience every time when I order food but it has to be edible!!
