Is this a hype or what? I am surprised that the queue is so long already at 7am! I actually saw some places around the Swing Bridge selling it but I decided to try it in the original shop, not knowing if the pies were supplied from the shop. There was a queue but it was well maintained and the pies were coming out pretty fast. It's crazy to see the locals ordering in 20s and 30s, probably the pies were a little small and one might need to eat a few. I decided to get both the pie and the patty to decide for myself and it took about 20 minutes. Considering there were like 20 people in front of me I thought it was rather quick. Tried both at one go not long after since it was still hot, and my preference still goes to the patty because there was more meat and it was more chewy and tasty. The pie wasn't really to my liking because it was quite liquid inside. I was glad I took a small bite first else the liquid would have spilled everywhere on the clothes.
