Quality Chicken Express — Restaurant in Belize City

Food was ultimately good, but the costumer service was out right terrible. We approach the front counter wanted to place an order but we were greeted with an unfriendly tone. I would understand if me and my friends were noisy and rude but it was quite the opposite. I glanced upon a worker delivering a meal to as i thought was a table and quickly went to approach her to query about the plate she had. I was looked at as if i’m a rude customer and told by the worker “it’s my food” with no explanation whatsoever. Another situation that bothered me and my friends was trying to get our beverages, whilst ordering i told the cashier at the front i would like to have my drink now instead of when my food arrived at the table we wanted to sit later, i was ignored and she walked away i later stood there until after a numerous amount of people ordered to ask again about the beverage, i was informed i needed my receipt for the drink i had payed for a couple minutes ago at the same place that i was then standing. i thought this situation is very weird because i saw someone came to the counter asking for a water without even needing to show a receipt. To inform you i was the only one who wanted my drink as i ordered and my friends wanted theirs when they received their food, the food came and to their surprise the drinks weren’t on the tray but we thought that maybe she would come back to bring it, unfortunately for us she did not. i saw a table being brought their drinks as if we didn’t order any. To summarize the whole ordeal, the customer service is terrible, the food is little over passable, the amount of fries per cost is unforgivable hence me believing that i will not visit this place again and i wont recommend anyone to eat there. I went to this establishment to order a quarter chicken. I met a female cashier and she took my order. i ordered the Quarter chicken Leg specifically along with a slice of pizza, total of $15 and i paid with a $50 bcy. when the lady gave me my change, she only handed me a $10 Bcy and a $5 Bcy. It was short of $20! i informed her that my change was short and there she opened back the cash register and handed me the $20 which was short with "sorry!" which was in a dismissive tone. I brushed this off and went to wait for my order. When it was time for me to get my order, she handed me only the chicken, i had to ask her if my pizza was along with my order. I would like to add that the counter was not busy neither was inside this establishment. After i asked about the pizza, she went to get the slice of pizza that i ordered. I was already annoyed so I rushed home and when i open my plate, the casher whose name I learnt to be 'Julie' had ordered Quarter chicken Breast for me instead. I felt this was intentional, as well as shorting my change of $20 was No coincidence. Quality, you needs to do better than this. For customer service, Julie you get NO stars. This is the first time this has happened to me and I did not like it so I am calling it out. Hopefully if there is a next time that I order food from there, It goes better than...

I tried calling many, many times to order ahead but no answer. Last time we came through the drive thru we had to explain to the lady for about five minutes that we wanted a side order of grilled chicken and they still got it wrong, which took another 15 minutes to fix. This time we decided to come into the restaurant. The staff are unfriendly as usual and make it seem like you are bothering them by asking anything. We ordered a burger and a salad and 45 minutes later we still didn't have it, and it's not even busy in the restaurant. We asked if it was done and the cashier said she would check and then proceeded to ignore us. Food is good but customer service...
