D'Stock Burgers — Restaurant in San Ignacio & Santa Elena

First time trying this restaurant. While they were out of the first few item that caught my eye, I was able to settle on quick replacements. Their menu is reminiscent that of a waffle house, beefed up with an extensive hamburger section. Everything was fresh and made to order, including the bacon. The only thing odd was the seasoning in the beef, that had an odd sweet Mediterranean flavor, making me miss simple salt and pepper. The Cobb salad was great! Hours say they open at 7am. We arrived at 715am and were being picked up for the ATM cave tour at 8am. Music was playing but they said they're "not open yet" and when we asked when they open (since it says 7am online) they replied "in an hour or so." Definitely would have planned something else if this was accurate online especially since we had to then find somewhere else to eat before being picked up 45 minutes later! I really liked the sweet taste the waffles had. I asked if it came with butter and honey, and I was told it did. It came with maple syrup (no complaints :D) but no butter. They were very generous with the nuggets compared to the photo on the menu (in my opinion).
