El Buen Taco — Restaurant in San Pedro Town

We drove by this place daily and there was always a line of locals so we figured it must be good. We got there, the menu wasn't clear so I asked if they had tacos. "No" was the answer. Confused how a taco stand didn't have tacos, we both ordered the chicken burritos. There was no chicken I could find so it was basically a bean burrito with a tiny bit of cheese. It was so bad we both took 2 bites and threw them in the trash and went down to the Truck Stop instead. The one plus was it was cheap...but we got what we paid for. I drove past this place for a week straight and everyday there were people hanging around waiting for their food. This is not common on the island, so I figured it must be good and had to try it. The two women behind the counter were very friendly, the breakfast burrito I ate was fantastic, and I can now see why people are always there! I will be back again to try their other dishes. We stopped by this place for a late breakfast on recommendation by our tour boat captain and it was SO good. We had a group of 8 and everyone got something a little different and everything was authentic and phenomenal. It was a great way to start the day. The prices were also out of this world... There was even a sign apologizing for increased prices and I was shocked the bill was so low. Highly...
