We stopped by The Fry Jack House early one afternoon during a recent stay in San Pedro, Belize. Glad we did... very crowded when we went in! And, we found out later from the staff that it was a "San Pedro Food Tour" group that had packed the house.
So, a "fry jack" we have learned means different things in different restaurants in San Pedro.
