Thirsty Tarpon — Restaurant in San Pedro Town

Loud music blasting daily starting at 4:30pm with no respect for residents nor neighbors. Loud to the point that even staying at a place next door, you can’t hold a conversation without music blasting in your ears. Goes til 11pm most days nonstop.

UPDATE: In response to the response from the owner, it is not an exaggeration as the above was true when I stayed there. Came in for happy hour on a Sunday. Seemed fairly quiet, guys playing pool upstairs, we went upstairs and had a nice view of the water as the twilight turned to night. Got couple drinks, ordered food off the menu. Got fish and chips, got it fairly quickly and was hot.

Menu clearly states $20bzd, but time we got the bill, the price jumped to $28bzd "because we ordered fish" - shouldn't have been a surprise since the menu tonight is the same as posted by others 3 weeks ago. The food here is freaking great!!! If you love fried lobster and coleslaw, you have to try this place.. Better than the Palapa Bar and Grill and they give you more than the Palapa. My husband loved the ribs, with potato salad. We're at the Sun Breeze Suites, Thristy Tarpon is next door.
