We had a absolutely fantastic dinner here. Note: they just moved a bit south from their original location. They are now right next door to Cosmopolitan House. I had the grouper, stuffed with lobster. My wife had encrusted snapper. Both were delicious and the portions very generous. For sides (you get 2), we had coconut rice, vegetables, garlic potatoes and breadfruit chips. All we're very tasty. The rice the best I have had in 8 days in Belize. What was even better was the entire staff so warm, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation with Amaris, who also was so accommodating. As it was our last night, we only had a few dollars cash left and we were unsure is we had enough to order all that we wanted. We were going to go back to the ATM before ordering, about 10 minute drive each way, but she insisted we just relax, prefer what we want and go after dinner. I can't imagine that happening back in Chicago! We highly recommend you trying it out! Our last meal here was our best!

This is the spot if you want some authentic fried or grilled fish/conch. Chef Shanon's passion for cooking catches you right off of the first bite. Your second bite solidifies his creativity as the flavors hang on for ride. Mouthwatering snapper with lightly fried breadfruit and a fresh salad with some dressing I have never had but will not forget.

I came to Hopkins after the Garifuna settlement day celebration with my family. My dad had come last year and had good reviews and I can say for myself this place did not disappoint 🖤🤍💛 We requested fried conch and it was DELICIOUS. Thank you so much Shannon!!

Do not judge a book by its cover. Fresh fish (tends to go spear fishing the night before) prepared to perfection and has a true passion for cooking. In his past life he used to be a cook in a renown establishment before deciding to start his own business. Normally open throughout the day, but ensure to confirm his availability as his hours of operation can fluctuate greatly. Fish that can be expected to be served are: grouper, snapper, barracuda or rock fish. Lobster is also available. Have your fish grilled or fried and your grouper stuffed with lobster. Comes with your choice of two sides (coconut rice, steamed veggies, fried plantain, salad or...

This was our first stop in Hopkins after spending 5 days in San Ignacio. Got there at 6PM and waited two and a half hours for our order. Menu is limited, no prices marked. When we finally did get our food half of it it wasn't what we ordered because they ran out. They only charged us half, but still. Island time or no...two hours is excessive. Something tasted off about the fired conch we got and I decided not to bother eating more than a few bites of it. Not sure about the other places in town, but better to avoid this place unless you have a lot of...
