We had a absolutely fantastic dinner here. Note: they just moved a bit south from their original location. They are now right next door to Cosmopolitan House.
I had the grouper, stuffed with lobster. My wife had encrusted snapper. Both were delicious and the portions very generous. For sides (you get 2), we had coconut rice, vegetables, garlic potatoes and breadfruit chips. All we're very tasty. The rice the best I have had in 8 days in Belize.
What was even better was the entire staff so warm, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation with Amaris, who also was so accommodating. I can't imagine that happening back in Chicago!
We highly recommend you trying it out! Our last meal here...

When we finally did get our food half of it it wasn't what we ordered because they ran out. They only charged us half, but still. Island time or no...two hours is excessive. Something tasted off about the fired conch we got and I decided not to bother eating more than a few bites of it. Not sure about the other places in town, but better to avoid this place unless you have a lot of...
