Disappointed and Misled by Reviews

I visited this place shortly before closing, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. From the moment we walked in, some of the female staff gave my friends and me uncomfortable looks—likely because we arrived close to closing time. If they weren’t accepting more orders, a polite notice would’ve been better than passive behavior.

That said, the guy who took our order was helpful and friendly, which we appreciated.

We had high expectations based on the online reviews, but the food didn’t match them at all. Every burger—beef and chicken—was made with processed patties. The chicken, in particular, tasted like a frozen, factory-made patty, not fresh or hand-prepared. To make matters worse, the buns were hard—literally rock-solid, not an exaggeration. It felt like the food had been rushed just to get us out before closing, which shouldn’t happen regardless of the time we came in.

On top of that, the prices were higher than what you’d pay for a better-quality burger back in the UK, which made the whole experience feel like a waste of money.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit. Maybe we came at a bad time, but the food quality and the unwelcoming atmosphere didn’t justify the hype...

Great concept and idea of a specilazed burger bar, but when it comes to actual burgers-not so good. We waited around 25 minutes for our order, and the place only had 2 customers besides us. When it eventually came, the burger was already cold, the patty was old and crumbling, and overall it was tasteless. Onion rings and wedges were ok. For the price you can find much better food than this.

EDIT: as a reply to the owner, we visited the place on Saturday, 4th of August, sometime around 4 in the afternoon. Suggestion: List all of the ingredients in your burgers. EG, it says fresh cabbage salad, but vinegar is nowhere mentioned. Your efforts to resolve the issues are much...

American style burger bar. Too expensive for what it is. For that price I prefer having an extensive meal or a cheap tasty gourmet pljeskavica burger. The burger was big, but lacked flavour. The salad comes from a bag. The wedges were the biggest disappointment. Definitely tasteless from the freezer. Better to skip them or maybe try the onion rings. You can't get mayo or ketchup for the wedges. You have to use the sauce that comes with the burger. Service was rude at first, but then got much friendlier. Card machine wasn't working, so cash only at that time. Didn't come with high expectations, but too many other better and cheaper options around...
