Hippy Klupa — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

For me, Hippy Klupa is one of the best "along the way" cafés in Sarajevo. It's located next to a large park, making it ideal for visitors with kids or pets. Additionally, it's conveniently close to the Aria shopping mall and the "Eternal Flame" monument.

Hippy Klupa (or simply "Klupa") is a great spot if you have some time to kill while waiting for someone, as you can easily pop in for a coffee. However, seating can be an issue since it's often crowded. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, although during winter only the indoor area is available. The interior is spacious, colorful, and inviting.

The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, ranging from coffee to alcoholic beverages. It's perfect for one-on-one conversations or small group hangouts, though I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than four due to the seating arrangements. While you can move chairs around, it's best to coordinate with the staff before doing so.

Speaking of the staff, the service quality can be hit or miss. Some waiters are polite and efficient, while others seem rushed and less courteous. On one occasion, a waiter took my order without even greeting me and then brought the wrong item. I didn't have time to complain, but I wasn’t pleased with the experience.

This place is inadequate, blocks off the main road which is also used as thr fire exit. it is very messy, makes problems for the whole neighborhood. the selection here is very basic - they offer coffee and well coffee.... Vrlo loše iskustvo u Hipi klupi

Posetili smo Hipi klupu sa prijateljem, i iskreno – iskustvo je bilo razočaravajuće. Čekali smo punih 15 minuta bez ikakvog znaka pažnje od osoblja. Na kraju je moj drug morao lično da pozove konobaricu sa crnom kosom i da joj kaže našu narudžbinu, jer niko nije ni prišao do nas.

Nažalost, to nije kraj neprijatnosti. Konobarica je bila vidno arogantna i neljubazna, a narudžbinu očigledno nije ni prenela ostalima u timu, jer smo nakon toga opet bili potpuno ignorisani narednih 15 minuta. Na kraju, kada smo već odlučili da odemo, prišao nam je muški konobar, izvinio se i konačno nas poslužio.

Pozdravljam gest izvinjenja, ali ovakav pristup prema gostima ostavlja jako loš utisak. Gost ne bi trebalo da moli da bude primećen. Iskreno se nadam da će osoblje ozbiljnije shvatiti svoj posao ubuduće.
