Caffe von Habsburg — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

So... it's very beautiful and cozy. I'd love to return in theory. It also had free wifi which was great, because I needed to do some work. However, when the owner/ server saw my laptop, he very rudly told me to close it, it's not allowed. I asked why and he only said it's because it is a Café. Well, I guess it is his prerogative, but his demeanor was very cold and dismissive towards me as if it was not normal and even impolite to use a laptop in a Café. When I asked him again while paying, he just refused stating that he doesn't speak English, which he did well enough to communicate with me before. I'd only brought it up to explain that I needed to work and that it was really unfortunate because I'd actually just wanted to order another coffee when he told me to shut my laptop. Now, I couldn't stay longer because I had to get back to work. I guess that wouldn't have interested him, so alright, no opportunity lost there. Honestly, had he communicated that rule of his in a nice way, I would come back in my freetime, because it's really lovely, but it's not okay to bark orders at your customers and then pretend you were only curt because your English isn't good. Can't you just say in a friendly tone: "Sorry, but no laptop...

This place should be everyones first choice because of good atmosphere and I think that is the most important thing for guests to feel like home. Also the waiters are very kind and everbody is served in minutes. Music is so good and I really enjoyed everytime I was there drinking coffe or else. I have no complains everything is really really great. So if you ever come to Sarajevo don't pass this bar because you will regret. I wish you all...

Got one star for the général ambiance/decoration and the price. For the rest the service was awful! The server who didn't speak english (it's ok, we can always manage to understand each other another way) just yelled at me when I ordered and when I paid (in marks) because he didn't had the change..

Coffee was okayish but not incredible, there are more places in town if you want to order a coffee...
