Metropolis Titova — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

Terrible experience.

I have been a regular customer for 7 years. And I have forgiven some blunders before, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Tldr: cold food, poor service, health hazard with uncooked meat.

Waited 40 minutes for a pizza, wok dish and a Mexican tortilla with beef. This would have been okay if it was super busy, but the restaurant was probably 15% full!

When we finally got the dishes. Wok dish was ice cold, and the rice was undercooked. It had clearly been left somewhere and forgotten, or was reused from another order. Now the Mexican tortilla with beef - Not only was there so little beef, that it looked nothing like the dish on the menu, The beef was raw. Now I don't mind red beef, but this was uncooked. It was also cold mind you.

After pointing this out, they said they would remake it. Waited for another 25 minutes and asked for an update. As everyone one else has eaten. Waiter said it would be at least 15 minutes more.

At that time we had enough and left. I have been a frequent customer at Metropolis, but it has really gone downhill and I definitely won't be coming back, or recommending it to...

Terrible service… I went to this place to eat Nutella crip with my family they had ice creams in there hand and they said they cannot have them that’s not the bad part when one of my brothers took the ice creams to throw them away to respect the rules a waiter screamed at him and said what are you doing they have no respect at all and then when we were about to leave because of the disrespect one of the employees was talking to my brother and saying “if I went into your house and disrespected your rules would you kick me out?” My brother replied with “is this your house?!” Because he was fed up after that we left they have no respect for customers at all and the worst part they were screaming at us none stop I definitely won’t be coming back here if you want to come to this place I recommend the Sarajevo city center they were kind and weren’t screaming at us at all and respected us the complete opposite of the one in the old town next to the torches I do not recommend that place unless if you want to be disrespected and screamed at

Today we went to the restaurant and when we entered the employee named Ali told us that it was full but there were tables and the treatment was very bad so we ignored that and got a table for ourselves and sat for about half an hour or more waiting to take the order and when we spoke to him he told us to wait and went to other customers who came after us and when we called him again calmly and respectfully he said wait again nervously and in a loud voice and hit the table and said wait also I think he wants us to wait a whole day I hope you see the surveillance cameras in the restaurant for the situation that happened and how customers are treated without respect and this reflects on the reputation of the restaurant knowing that I will not go again to the restaurant because of the employee (Ali) it was a bad day for us because of him I hope the complaint is looked at seriously because the reputation of the...
