I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your dining experience. There are certainly better options available.

My recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a disappointment. Having traveled to 60 different countries, I've dined in various places, but I've never encountered such abysmal customer service. The bartender's behavior left much to be desired. When I was perusing the menu and waiting for my friend, who had gone to the restroom, the bartender rudely yelled at me and gave me an unpleasant stare when I informed him that I wasn't ready to order yet. This unprofessional behavior escalated when my friend later approached the bar, unaware of the earlier incident, and was also subjected to the bartender's unwarranted anger. I had to step in and request that he calm down, emphasizing that there was no justification for such hostility. To my surprise, he defensively mentioned that it wasn't about racism, which only added to the confusion and suggested that there might indeed be an issue of bias involved.

Unfortunately, the disappointments didn't end with the service. The food quality was equally subpar. I ordered a Mexican burger that should have come with fresh guacamole, but what I received was clearly canned guacamole, lacking the expected freshness. My friend opted for the falafel salad, and the falafel itself was overly crispy, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. It was also overpriced.

In light of my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other dining options that offer better service...

Best cocktails arguably in the whole of Sarajevo. Happy Hour is great and the atmosphere inside when it’s non-smoking is really good. However the food, specifically the burgers are not so special. They’re overpriced, a bit dry and bland tasting. Definitely not worth the money when you can walk 2 minutes and buy some delicious and cheaper cevapi from nearby Zmaj or the better burger places also nearby. The service is generally good. Most staff are super friendly and attentive. But whenever I go there is always one staff member who’s a bit mean sounding and just doesn’t want to be at work. They almost always serve my table which is just unlucky. Overall a great place to drink. Just avoid the food if you can. The best cocktails in town guaranteed! Even better is that they have a happy hour from 4-6pm every day, except for holidays and Sundays! Get two for the price of one cocktail! The cocktail list is really rich in various options, the alcohol is of high quality and they aren’t chintzy with the alcohol ! Food, that is the burger I ate was just below my expectations considering the price. The content of it was very poor and the meat was bad :(. Admittedly, they have excellent fries. Just be careful when coming in groups (smaller or larger), they have a tendency to mess up the bill. Keep track of what you drink and always ask for the receipt!
