A ROMANTIC DINNER EXPERIENCE!!! LONG WAIT TIME THOUGH!

This place is very romantic and charming. The decorations is very pleasant and whole vibe is very European. We went here a day before and got to know they had a wait tike of 40 mins so decided to come back the next day. Today also we waited for 30 mins before we lead to our table.

The service is good but rather slow. We ordered kaboocha Maracuja which was on the menu. After remaining the waiter the third time he came back and saying its not on the menu. Surprisingly, they deleted it from the menu. But we still had it on the order screen so they apologized and offered a pineapple kamboocha instead.

We ordered the Gnocchi frotters which were delicious, then red pasta with pesto which was good as well and decoded to end the dinner with Tiramasu which was excellent!

I would recommend this place but with caution! Plan atleast 40 min to wait and then some time set aside to wait for...

Nice decors that gives you a great impression when you walk in but the restaurant fails to deliver on both service and food. The experience is similar to ordering from Uber sitting in the restaurant ( they provide you the tablet to order) and hope nothing is missing from your order otherwise it will be a challenge to get it. The food took a long time to arrive and when it did, the Rigatoni were cold, undercooked ( far from all dente) mixed with a tasteless sauce. The polpette were made with a mix of ingredients that do not go well together. I found the atmosphere a “trying too much to be upscale”. The hostess’ clearly stuck-up. The staff was friendly but ineffective due to their order system where they leave a tablet on each table but if you want a custom/special request, there is not a place to notate that, then no waiters show up to help. Everyone is too busy. The worst was the food, a good taste meal but that got us both, my boyfriend and I (we ordered different meals) very sick 🤢 right after leaving the restaurant. Sent DM to their Instagram profile but their reply, days later, was not demonstrating any concerns, was a polite “I’m sorry”....
