This is the best Vegetarian restaurant in town ! In Brasilia there are many vegetarian/vegan restaurants but they don't compare with Girassol because of the INGREDIENTS ! At this place many of the ingredients are organic and self produced. This is the great difference. Most lunch buffets will use the cheapest ingredient they can find. At Girassol they use first class ingredients. Plus there are many many vegan and raw options. Especially desserts it's the only one that has sprouted raw vegan cakes.
