⚠️ Arrogant, loud and rude shop owner who is not competent to provide good customer service by himself. Before I could even say anything he starts to lash at me that I dont know anything about how the system in his shop works and tells me to "calm" down before I have even said anything. While he was prepring my acai he keeps this agressive, entitled tone. Totally out of place.
The acai is ok, nothing to special but alright.
The rest of the staff is very friendly. Just him is just a total nightmare. Stay in the kitchen and let your service staff talk to the people. Not socially calibrated guy at all.
I wont come back and I doubt that the other reviews are real. I cant...

Keep in mind the gold version costs more for the same size, which is fine just good to know. They made sure we understood this point, not trying to trick anyone.
Lots of free toppings and syrups and you can add as many as you want. We also did some paid toppings. They do a nice job layering everything so you aren’t stuck with plain açaí for the last half. We would...
