⚠️ Arrogant, loud and rude shop owner who is not competent to provide good customer service by himself. Before I could even say anything he starts to lash at me that I dont know anything about how the system in his shop works and tells me to "calm" down before I have even said anything. While he was prepring my acai he keeps this agressive, entitled tone. Totally out of place.

The acai is ok, nothing to special but alright.

The rest of the staff is very friendly. Just him is just a total nightmare. Stay in the kitchen and let your service staff talk to the people. Not socially calibrated guy at all.

I wont come back and I doubt that the other reviews are real. I cant...

This is easily the best açaí that I’ve had in Rio (out of ~15 places), and one of the best I’ve had anywhere in Brazil.

Their Gold version that doesn’t contain sugar or syrup is perfect for those looking to avoid the sickly-sweet flavor that often comes with the premixed versions.

Freddy explains all of the options and walks you through the toppings that they have (which are plentiful).

You can also have the açaí blended with bananas for added sweetness and whey for added protein. This slightly changes the flavor, but in my opinion for the best.

Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back and will bring all...

Service was great. They have two types of açaí, one more normal with sugar added and one “gold” version that is more pure and unsweetened. They let us try samples to see the difference. Keep in mind the gold version costs more for the same size, which is fine just good to know. They made sure we understood this point, not trying to trick anyone.

Lots of free toppings and syrups and you can add as many as you want. We also did some paid toppings. They do a nice job layering everything so you aren’t stuck with plain açaí for the last half. We would...

OMG I finally found it!! Natural açaí with no sugar!!!!!! This one is called açaí gold functional. They have the traditional one with sugar too, both taste amazing!!! I prefer the natural one with no sugar, omg so healthy!! I cannot believe I haven’t found this place earlier 😭 The açaí here is so fresh, so yummy!! 200% recommended!!! I’ve been eating açaí everywhere everyday in Brasil, this place is the best!!

Owner couldn’t be nicer and açaí couldn’t be tastier! He explained the difference between the normal (sweetened) açaí and the “gold” (unsweetened) and had me try both. He was very patient translating and explaining. In the end I got the unsweetened açaí with bananas, peanuts, cashews, and rice puffs. I have a feeling I’ll be back!
