The menu is in English and I ordered a bowl, which is 5 reais more than a smoothie. Obviously the photo isn’t a bowl. After asking why, the worker said that all the food comes in these containers and they don’t actually have bowls. Disappointing, and felt especially annoying as the bowl costs more than a smoothie. Thanks to the owner replying...the worker gave this information after payment and receiving the product so it wasn't helpful. It also doesn't account for the price difference. I would suggest changing your menu if you wish to serve customers in English. Eu falo Portugues.

Além disso, é talvez, desses açaís mais famosos, o mais natural e saudável. Em vez de ficar na loja, o mais comum é pegar o açaí e comer enquanto se caminha pela rua do que ficar na loja, mas também é agradável ficar um pouco. O maior ponto negativo é o preço, que é bem elevado. Fora isso, vale a pena.

Customer service was awful, this guy was so miserable there on his phone. He didn't acknowledge me when I said Hi. He saw me reading the menu, and without asking he gave me a english menu.I ordered, and when I went to pay 23 BRL , I gave a 50 BRL he said ,he didn't have change.This store is right on Copacabana, for real? No change?...
