We arrived with high expectations drawn in by the stunning beachfront views.

Unfortunately, our experience fell short for several reasons and based on this, we wouldn’t recommend it—at least for breakfast. We can’t speak for the evening service which may be better.

Some of the key issues we encountered: • Repeatedly having to ask for water • A man using a buzzsaw to cut wood right next to the dining area • Iced coffee served without any ice • Music at the DJ booth was uncomfortably loud (though it was eventually turned down) • A 30+ minute wait for avocado, which arrived with egg and crème cheese—neither mentioned on the menu

Additionally the açaí bowl was extremely watery and the portion sizes for the sides were quite small compared to expectations.

There are definitely better breakfast spots just off the beach on the nearby Main Street. We don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but in this case, we felt it...

First and last time at this beach club. We paid a hefty bill and were nothing but respectful to everyone. During our time there, a waiter carrying a tray with a bottle of liquor and a bunch of small cups was pouring drinks and handing them out. It was presented to us as a complimentary gesture from the establishment.

To my surprise, when I checked the bill after paying, the liquor was charged—90 reais for a single shot, which is outrageously expensive. When we brought this up to the manager, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. We even said we were willing to pay but just asked for more transparency in the future. His response? Condescending remarks like “In 31 years, no one ever gave me anything for free” and “You guys need to pay attention.”

I didn’t want to cause a scene, but they absolutely deserved it. Never...

The place looked really good but for us who are not speaking Portuguese it was very difficult, I tried to rent kite first they told me only cash 400R$ and then (after I found someone who knew the owner) they told me 450R$ by card , nobody speaks English, I tried to book a table for the evening the girl in the door (with the few English she knew) told me not to worry come and you will find one , of course when I went there was no table available, she told me how sorry she was and we left , however the beach is really good , the water very good, very nice music, in general I would say a very nice place for locals but not...
