Can't attest to the quality of the food as I didn't even get a chance to order but if it's as horrific as their service, I would recommend staying far away from this establishment. The person who answered the phone on March 8th at 9h20 was absolutely rude. To give some context, I'm a tourist in Rio, my flight was the next morning and I wanted to stay home and deliver some food. Since it's impossible for a tourist to create an account and order on the IFood app, I figured I would call the restaurant directly. A woman answered, I politely asked if she spoke English since I can't speak Portuguese. There was a long pause and the woman gave me the most unenthusiastic and coldest "yes" I have ever heard. I was a little fazed by it but didn't react and proceeded to ask if they do delivery. She didn't care to answer, not even a "no", she simply hung up in my face. It was insanely disrespectful and if I owned the restaurant, I would be worried that my staff feels this comfortable mistreating potential clients. Fellow tourists, I suggest you steer clear from this place and spend your money where it will be better...

I decided to give this branch a chance after a bad experience at another branch.

Pro: pizza is delicious (even cold/next day) comfortable booths

Con: 10% service charged added manually after the bill shows up. Waitress said it was store policy, I asked where on the menu did it say that. She said it is just the way it is. She asked if I wanted to remove it, I firmly asked if she added it or was it store policy? She said store, so I said leave it then. This is highly unprofessional from this branch to instruct their employees to add a manual service charge! Put it up front on the menu service waitress had a face the entire time serving, like we were doing her a disservice by being there. I had to flag her down to be served for drinks, then to order, then to get the bill

My favorite pizza in Rio de Janeiro.

The best crust I’ve had, quality ingredients, a lot of variety and truly delicious. My favorite pizza is the “Prosciutto e Formaggi”, it has prosciutto, Grana Padano and a pesto basil sauce. It’s truly amazing!

Taking a star off just because of the service. In the other stores I’ve been it’s been good, but in this one I found it lackluster. I had to get a waiter to come ask for my order and then I had to wait a long while for my beverages to arrive. When they got to my table, they were mixed up.
