Very average multiplex movie theater, with some ordinary rooms, some VIP rooms with extra large seats, "gourmet" popcorn and some fizzy beverage and ultimately a pseudo IMAX room, called Kinoevolution.

Except for the Kinoevolution room, that has an OK screen size, but far from an IMAX, the screen size on the other rooms are too small for my taste and in all rooms the sound is weirdly low, like, I've measured the dBs level during an epic battle on Spider-man's Far from Home, and it only get as loud as 90 dBs, which I think is way too low for a movie theater that claims to have a "revolutionary sound", and what about movie theaters that puts the access corridor on the sweet spot? Why people keep doing this? Don't put the freaking hallway on the sweet spot, for the love of God!

And you can get the most expensive popcorn on earth as well, but that is already expected, since popcorn is what really makes the profit on...

This theatre is one of the worse I have been to. First of all inside the theatre was hot and not very well ventilated. Both of us were pretty warm and the theatre lobby wasn’t even air conditioned at all. Inside the theatre the seats were extremely loud and made loud squeaks every time you moved or adjusted the chair, this seemed to be the problem with all of the chairs because every time someone moved the sound was louder the the movie itself. The seats are also positioned to low to where the bottom part of the screen is cut off due to the banister in front of you as pictured. The seat recliner was also partially broken on my seat as you can see in the video. The bathrooms were extremely disgusting and smelled! The hand dryer had scum and mold built up on it, it looked like it had not been cleaned in many months if not ever! And this bathroom was exclusive for the VIP section that we...

Frequento o cinema com minha namorada há alguns anos, e, tanto a qualidade das telas quanto as poltronas (sala VIP) eram boas até um tempo atrás.

Recentemente, contudo, isto tem mudado. Eu e minha namorada fomos ao cinema nos dias (24/01/2020) e (25/01/2020). No dia 24, ficamos nos assentos F3 e F4 (sala 3, Vip), sessão de "1917 - 21:30", no dia 25, ficamos nos assentos E11 e E12 (sala 4, Vip), sessão de "O Escândalo - 21:20".

No dia 24, uma das poltronas não levantava direito a parte para colocar as pernas, tornando a experiência desagradável, solicitamos a um funcionário que nos ajudasse e ele conseguiu na hora melhorar um pouco a situação, de forma a torná-la minimamente aceitável, porém ressalto que permaneceu não ideal.

No dia 25, um dia depois, fomos de novo no mesmo cinema, dessa vez em outra sala (também VIP), e novamente tivemos o mesmo problema! O mesmo funcionário nos ajudou novamente e deixou a situação um pouco melhor, porém eu e minha namorada nos sentimos prejudicados, pois o ingresso dessas salas é caríssimo (a meia entrada custa perto de 40 reais, se comprada pessoalmente, e quase 50 reais, se comprada pela internet), ainda mais quando pagamos taxa de conveniência para comprar através de aplicativo, então esperamos um serviço de mais qualidade.

Ao final da sessão do dia 25, fomos reclamar com o gerente, que nos concedeu dois ingressos de cortesia para voltarmos lá em qualquer sessão, num prazo de até um mês. Foi uma solução razoável para o nosso transtorno, porém eu penso que os verdadeiros donos do cinema deveriam prestar atenção nas reclamações de seus usuários e efetuar a manutenção de suas salas de forma adequada, pois trata-se de um cinema caro.

Resumindo: Telas boas, poltronas e bandejas em mau estado de conservação, não justificando o alto custo dos ingressos nas Salas Vip, caso isto mude, eu refaço...
