Really good. Stumbled upon this place while waiting for my laundry to finish, and wanted a place to wait. These guys are chill, let me sit alone, brought me drinks and i ordered my sausage and bread. While I was waiting for the food, I had to step away to switch laundry and dryer, and kindly informed the waiter that I was leaving my bag and table and would be back. It was no sweat, they understood. Cannot say enough great things. This spot is small, and better for small groups, but the food is fresh and the service is available, but not always bothering you...

Somo turistas em visita ao RJ e durante o dia tivemos um atendimento espetacular sem nada a reclamar,os garçons super atenciosos e ágeis,no período noturno tbm tem os garçons super atenciosos e disponíveis, agora a gerente do estabelecimento um caos total. Sem nenhuma respectividade muito mal humorada, não deu a atenção necessária para um ocorrido no local, sem falar que usa a máscara no queixo em tempos de pandemia, fica conversando com um ou outro nas mesas sem proteção msm sendo uso obrigatório. O mesmo serviço disponível no cardápio durante o dia é diferente da noite sem nenhuma especificação e o valor é o mesmo,fomos perguntar sobre a diferença para a gerente, e a mesma foi ríspida e sem argumentos, qnd questionada sobre o uso obrigatório de mascara em ambiente fechado.nap teve argumentos. Deixo aqui a minha indignação para a tal pessoa responsável pelo estabelecimento naquele momento e a perca...

A rede Pavão é um clássico local, adoramos a gerações, comida boa, caseira, bem servida e um preço excelente! Infelizmente o atendimento não está condizente. ATENDIMENTO HORRIVEL! PIOR QUE BUTECO DE ESQUINA. EU IMPLORO PARA FAZER O PEDIDO, O PEDIDO VEM FALTANDO, O CARA NÃO OLHA PARA O NOSSO ROSTO, SAI ANDANDO ANTES DE PEGAR O PEDIDO, TENHO QUE GRITAR PARA QUE ELE OUÇA.
