This restaurant was quite a surprise, I was very impressed by the decor and the ambiance, very well designed with a variety of foods. The drinks were really good but the meat wasn’t up to the level on that particular day at least. The Kookaburra Wings were delicious. We discovered we were charged the Pao Austral they serve to all clients who sit before ordering as well as a salad that we were told came with the Junior Ribs — this is not good practice, so we asked to remove the service fee off the bill. The manager offered us to come back and eat the same order for free showing us they care about their customer satisfaction for which I rate a 4 stars instead of 3. We paid R$ 315 for two meals with an entrée and drinks. I would still recommend this place because I believe they care about...

The food has been good every time I've visited but recently I've notice that they charge you for bread regardless if they give it to you or not. This visit i explicitly told them we dont want the bread. Regardless they will add it to your bill. Then they try to say they refund it back to you with some promotional deal. But what they are actually doing is raising the total cost of your meal to get an higher gratuity. 🤔. It's not ethical at all. For that reason I won't be returning. I rather support local businesses anyway but my friends from Brazil enjoying eating there when they can because it so expensive for them to normally do. Pela primeira vez saio totalmente insatisfeita do outback. sou cliente assídua e faço questão de ir em todos os Outbacks quando viajo, afinal gosto muito! Infelizmente estava no Rj e como sei que esse Outback a fila e menor do que nos shopping decidi ir lá, não é a primeira vez que tenho uma experiência ruim aqui, inclusive vi outros sendo bem atendidos, talvez a discriminação seja pela roupa, já que estava vindo da praia e não estávamos “arrumados”, enfim! Triste! A começar pela burocracia na porta, só tinha uma atendendo, a mesma que formava a fila, colocava os nomes na fila, levava as pessoas para a mesa, só daí, podemos perceber o desserviço e a demora desnecessária p sentar à mesa, fomos cobrados do comprovante de vacina e identidade, antes de ir procurei isso no site e não tinha nenhuma informação, isso já começou a burocracia pq essa mesma pessoa responsável por isso tudo também conferia a vacina e a identidade, após sentamos numa mesa que ao lado também tinha clientes, ou seja, a preocupação do COVID e bem ridícula e não segue tanto os padrões e decretos. Após fomos serviços bem mal por vários garçons, pedimos reposição de refil, não fomos atendidos, na verdade estamos esperando até hoje a reposição. Várias vezes tínhamos quase que implorar p sermos atendidos. Um dos drinks estava super mal batido, impossível de beber, pedi p trocar ou ser batido novamente pq não estava conseguindo beber e o garçom disse que não podia, gente! Sério!
