Worst Starbucks I have ever been!

Short: Incompetend stuff. Fraud, and dirty place. Detailed: I have been in many Starbucks around the globe, usually they are all pretty much the same. Not here: I waited more than half an hour to get my order (-1 Star) Got wrong order. Didnt complain, since I didnt want to wait another half an hour... (-1 Star) Bathrooms were closed (My girlfreind went to the restaurant next door to use the bathroom...) and the tables were incredibly dirty and no one cared to clean them up during the whole time we were there. (-1 Star) Cashier refused to give me back change since he said the "System is down", even so I saw many locals paying cash and getting there...

Very crowded, expect a long wait. On the wall there is an illustration explaining what French press coffee is. We excitedly ordered three large cups and were a little confused when the man taking our order seemed so taken aback. After all, they highlight the process on their wall! Imagine our surprise then when my name was called and I saw two large French presses, rather than two large cups. It turned to sheer amusement minutes later when our third French press came out. Even though the place was packed, no one wanted to share any of the coffee, so like champions we sat, chatted, and drank way too much until we could get the last bit into our travel mugs. Won't soon forget...

Your starbucks is one of the most horrific services, which I have experienced. The fact is that you try to copy the U.S., but does not even know how to make a coffee, besides your crew of rude people. No one knows anything. You charge an absurd for a cup of coffee, do not know how to do it. Sorry, but you shall never compare to the U.S. I only clicked on one star because I wanted to be noted with my review.
