I really love the concept of this gelato shop but the service can be better. I had no problems with the male attendant (he was very friendly and helpful) but the female attendant I’ve come across twice now and both times she got my order wrong. The first time I asked for ricota and she gave me uvaia. And the second time I asked for a medio casquinha and she gave me a grande casquinha. Not only that, the third scoop she gave me was of the same flavor (ricota) as she didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to choose a different flavor and I didn’t realize I was getting a grande. The third scoop was also a much smaller scoop than the other two. I was the only customer both times so there was no rush at all to get things right. She also gives off this cold, unfriendly energy. I like my gelato cold yes but not the service. What’s really frustrating is I really enjoy their gelato and feel connected to their values but the interactions with this lady have been just so unpleasant and tainted what could’ve been a such...

Google needs to introduce a special 7 star category for this one! ;) The intensity of the flavours is otherworldly. And they have very innovative flavours, too (such as sperulina). My favourite is pecan nut, however, I've never had such an explosion of nutty flavour in my mouth! Also the freshly made wafers are delicious. Portions are rather big, too - even the small ("piccolo") comes with two balls. Tip: The espresso comes with a tiny portion of an ice-cream of choice, too, and hence offers a very...

We had an uvaia (local fruit) scoop and a pistachio scoop with the waffle cone, which were much less sweet than the usual gelato! Uvaia sorbet is unique and refreshing while the nutty pistachio is great as it isn’t milky at all. There’s comfortable sitting space and even a sink to wash your hands afterwards. I will be back for more. We only wish for one in our...
