bom pra caramba. já rodei muito SP e o mundo comendo hambúrguer, prato que faço em casa com muito carinho e adoro. visitando a cidade, pesquisei na região onde estou e cheguei numa quinta-feira à noite após um show. é uma portinha numa rua residencial, com três mesinhas altas para sentar e comer. perto de fechar começou a chegar gente e bombar o delivery. o dono e chef Bruno, com sua família e funcionários, atende pessoalmente os pedidos. a história do local é lindinha, tem que perguntar, mas o lugar é intitulado em homenagem ao vô que não gostava muito de hambúrguer mas deu a letra de como servir os lanches: ingredientes frescos, sem muita firula. o frescor e a quentura da chapa é o que conta. Oklahoma muito bom, smash burgers nunca foi o meu forte, mas a suculência e sabor da carne e da cebola ganham qualquer amante do sanduíche. pão macio e quentinho. queijo bom. vou voltar para provar o bacon. numa cidade saturada de sanduicherias descoladas e cheias de pirotecnias, aqui você vem pela fome e acaba com ela muito bem....

The burgers are good, but they are not really smash burgers. Maybe a little flattened but just a normal cheese burger with 200g of beef per patty. Smash burgers need to be smashed really thinly so the meat gets crispy and caramelized which gives it the unami taste. Good burger though, careful don't eat it right away as...
