Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, wenn auch manchmal ein wenig langsam. Trotzdem fühlt man sich hier gut umsorgt. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Ein wunderbarer Ort für eine kleine Auszeit mitten im Einkaufsbummel!

Hoje, 28/2/2021, muita decepção. Não sou cliente habitual, mas já frequentei algumas vezes. Hoje, por volta das 11h e 30 min, pedi uma bomba de pistache e um chocolate gelado. O doce veio sem talher e, ao mordê-lo, um líquido verde se espalhou pela minha blusa. A atendente disse que os clientes já sabem que o recheio é líquido. Pegaram um "perfex" com algum produto e deixaram no balcão para que eu me levantasse, o pegasse e tentasse tirar o excesso do recheio em minha blusa. Nenhuma preocupação em substituir o doce ou me dar uma atenção maior. Quanto ao chocolate gelado, uma mistura de cacau em pó com gelo triturado. R$36,00 perdidos e a necessidade de voltar para casa com uma roupa manchada....
