Kebab Point — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I had the pleasure of visiting Kebab Point in Itaim Bibi last night, and it was such a wonderful experience! The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome — their hospitality really made the night even more special. Finally a place with Döner Kebab in São Paulo! It is my first option whenever I travel to Berlin and we now have it here in SP. Everything was perfect; fast service, easy to order and put up the ingredients, kebab meat is delicious and well garnished and prices are reasonable. Two things I would suggest that would differentiate the place even more which are; serving the fries with maionese sauce made in-house instead of the industrial ones and the option to add spicy sauces in the kebab. Experiência Péssima! Fujam!

Marketing funciona bem e fui conferir. Foi minha 1a visita. Cheguei com minha esposa ao meio-dia e estava vazio e tranquilo (domingo).

Tinham 3 funcionários e ninguém no caixa; fiquei esperando ser atendido e como não fui, fui para o totem de auto atendimento; um pouco confuso para usar, mas consegui fazer o pedido.

Pedi um combo de kebab e outro kebab para minha esposa. O atendente que fez a montagem do kebab era confuso e pouco claro/atencioso nas dúvidas; ao entregar o pedido, faltaram as fritas e disse que iria preparar ( entregou pedido incompleto e o estabelecimento estava vazio! ).

Lanche tinha pouca carne, molho sem graça ( longe do que tive de experiência na Europa) e mal montado ( ingredietes caem devido ao corte do pão e embalagem mal desenhada )

Estava quase terminando a refeição e tive que me dirigir ao balcão para pedir as fritas. Após 15m recebi a batata e veio sem sal. Péssimo!

Ambiente estava imundo e os funcionários limpando o estabelecimento, provavelmente sujeira do dia anterior.

Funcionários mal educados, ambiente péssimo e comida longe do que é prometido.
