The hotel is located in the beautiful Itaim neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping options. The entire front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.||Although I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym, as I was mostly at the hotel only late in the evening and during breakfast, I really enjoyed the breakfast experience. It was varied and generous, with freshly made omelets, a wide selection of fresh fruit, and several local specialties.||I was upgraded to a suite-like room that appeared recently renovated. It was stylishly furnished, with a large, comfortable bed – overall a great space to relax. One small detail that bothered me a bit was the position of the air conditioning unit, which was placed directly above the bed.||One issue I encountered was the noise from a large construction site located directly behind my room – unfortunately part of the hotel itself – which started quite early in the morning. I reported the matter to the front desk, first speaking to Felipe, who was especially attentive and kind. Shortly after, both Antonio and Douglas (the manager) reached out to me, offered a prompt and effective solution, and sincerely apologized. They personally supported me during the room change and followed up several times to ensure I was comfortable in the new room.||This level of service and care truly stood out to me and turned an unfortunate situation into a very positive experience. All in all, a great and very personal hotel with outstanding service. I would...
Read moreTo be honest, as a Hilton Gold member, at first I was unimpressed with the hotel upon arrival due to the renovations and the front desk clerk attempting to charge me an early check-in fee. Then, after waiting an hour or so, another agent checked me in and upgraded me to the penthouse suite for my birthday. They remembered my birthday the next day and the staff all wished me a happy birthday. All in all, I’m super happy with my stay. I was granted an early check in, without a charge and a late check out, without a charge. I used the gym once and it’s normal. I wanted to swim but I didn’t get the chance. You need a keycard to access all guest floors and there are cameras everywhere for your security. There are two grocery stores within 3 minute walking and millions of restaurants nearby. It is located in the business district and down the street from the mansions of the wealthiest Brazilians in São Paulo. Needless to say, this hotel is located in the safest neighborhood in SP but far from the popular...
Read moreGenuinely don't understand how this hotel is so well rated. The check-in experience was awful, after waiting 2 hours for the check-in time the room still wasn't ready. The clerk was incredibly rude to my wife while she tried to figure out a solution.
Once in the room it was small and in desperate need of updating. We couldn't figure out why the street noise was so loud until we realized the bathroom window was open because there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which has resulted in a lot of mold (pictured) in the very small bathroom. This experience has put me off booking Hilton properties anytime in the foreseeable future if avoidable.
The location is good in a nice neighborhood, very close to an excellent restaurant (Banzeiro). Need to travel a bit to get to the park...
