Oishii!!

I don't remember many of the names of items I ate, but as you can see, we ate a lot! Not one or two - but each and every item, we ordered (upon recommendation by the host/chef) was beyond excellent...including the drinks! Definitely recommend the 'oyster shot'. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, quantity and the speed at which the kitchen was able to deliver!

Reciprocally, every family member enjoyed the food and some dish or the other, became their favorite. My son ordered the plan salmon role 4 times!

Price: It is a little expensive. But isn't all seafood? Above that, isn't all 'good sushi'?

Location: This restaurant is hidden away in the back...ground floor of a huge office building!

The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The bluefin tuna is sublime. It is so soft and flavorful, it is completely worth the upcharge. If you doubt that sushi is better than steak, I challenge you to try this and decide. The maguro and ovas are perfectly flavirful and presented well. Gyoza and wakame are very good, and nice staples to have. Full disclosure, I am from the East Coast of the US. We have access to great seafood and sushi. Gosto bastante de certos pratos como peixes de hikarimono (peixe curtido) ou preparado no modo usuzukuri (carpaccio marinado), até os peixes grelhados vem com nabo a parte e os legumes curtidos para comer com arroz. Eles tem sabor forte e são feitos pra isso mesmo, não recomendo a qualquer um.

Geralmente pedia delivery de lamen que é bem gostoso. A parte que tem de se atentar que as fatias de porco são de panceta (barriga) servem para dar mais sabor ao prato, porém deixa o prato forte.

Fui ao local recentemente para comer rodízio, deixei as restrições sobre frutos do mar e acabou que vieram poucos pratos na sugestão do chefe, mas nada que ficasse devendo.

O cardápio do rodizio em si tem bastante coisa, inclusive ostras (que não comi, mas vi muita gente pedindo) e barriga de salmão (chuto que seja isso, era bem amanteigado / gorduroso). Acho difícil que no cardápio está tudo em japones os termos, shake (salmao), maguro (atum) por exemplo. Nada que os atendentes não te ajudem. É incluso a sobremesa, que estava ótima.

No cardápio a la carte tem também outras opções mais requintadas e/ou diferentes.

Muitos tipos de saque da hakushika, o honjozo kurapack é um simples bem saboroso se for tomar puro.
