This hotel is lacking in almost every category, let’s show the pro’s and cons. We stayed for a 14 day business trip||Pros:||1. centrally located across from a major mall that has lots of shopping and food options.||2. The showers are some of the best showers that we’ve experienced regardless of price point aside from a weird placement of the toilet. ||3. Nice pool and gym facilities but no hot tub.||4. Staff is very friendly. They are not the most experienced or knowledgeable, but always try to help. Only the front desk has English-speaking staff.||Cons:||1. No reliable Internet service or Wi-Fi. Every day connection is down or something is being fixed. When working it’s incredibly slow you’re better served using your existing phone service if possible.||2. The are walls incredibly thin so you can hear every conversation someone use in the bathroom, etc. ||3. There is lots of noise from the street, which is a major Avenue and thoroughfare.||4. The breakfast is subpar at best. There’s a coffee vending machine and you can have a omelette made, but most of the food looks stale and not well prepared. You’re much better off, going down the street to some of the excellent bakeries or restaurants.||5. The beds are lumpy, old and not...
Read moreThe hotel has nice rooms, especially if you get the Suites, but the WiFi service is pathetically bad. I used to stay there once a month for business and gave up after wasting too many frustrating hours trying to work from my room. WiFi drops constantly and it takes several minutes to reconnect. It's impossible to make calls over WiFi. I stayed in the Suites, high floors, low floors, rooms closer to the wireless access points, you name it, but the problem seemed to get worse over time. If you call they send someone to your room, they tell you they reset the system and they promised to report it the next day. I have even begged the hotel management to invest on a better WiFi network. The location was very convenient for me since I could walk to our offices from the hotel, but the frustratingly bad WiFi service is intolerable. It's a shame since good WiFi systems are not that costly, but the hotel ownership seems focused on squeezing every penny of profit while under investing in basic services. And if you are into exercising, the gym is a joke, and the restaurant food is decent for breakfast, but mediocre at...

I appreciate it is somewhere to just lay my head and budgets are important.||But this hotel is poor - my room had not aged well and was very tired indeed. It had everything you needed but I don’t think it has been decorated since 1997.||The bathroom smelled very funky and I stayed out of there for as much time as possible!||That said, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfectly fine (although for dinner it was poor and I would eat elsewhere).||Doubt I will be in this neck of the woods again in the near future (sadly) but I would not return...
