Purana — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

This place served a meal with quinoa, black beans and fried mushrooms called Bali Bowl in a freezer cold state. May be the word bowl was meant to indicate that this is supposed to be a salad but that doesn't make cold fried mushrooms, cold feijoa, cold quinoa and cold pumpkin any better. Can find this in my refrigerator at evening time as a left over from lunch and with a better taste. Nothing here was fresh prepared. Raw red cabbage had a bitter taste because not fresh cut. My friends palmito tarte (normally a standard food in São Paulo) had nuts on top, bitter because not fresh. Palmito tarte of a better quality can be found in any supermarket. His green salad that was offered as a give in had black rotten spots on it and was obviously outdated. Why they didn't just give it into the compost. I guess they prepared everything on Friday and served till Sunday. An absolute no go!!!! The only good was a cup of capuchino I ordered in the beginning because I came in very hungry and a bit tired. Well my hungry stomach forced me to eat the cold food otherwise I would have left immediately. Every paderia gives better vegetable food for half the money. Drinks had phantastic names but were obviously mixed with comercial soft drinks and some added aromas and then decorated with herb leaves. The people in the kitchen may know how to prepare colorful plate decorations but they definitely don't know how to prepare tasty food and how to keep it fresh. Stomach reacted accordingly. A place for blase people who put extraordinary lifestyle over honest and tasty food? But it's supposed to be a vegan restaurant not a post modern interior design exhibition! As a pure vegetarian and a forced Vegan ( lactose intolerant), it was always going to be a difficult proposition in Sao Paulo. To my pleasant surprise and happiness, I found this amazing place which is pure vegan. The food was astounding and the cherry on the cake was the pure bliss and joy with which we were received and served at Purana. Purana in Hindi means old and trust me there is nothing Old about this Purana. I loved the ambience, the quality and quantity of food served. The generosity and welcoming nature of the people there added additional shine to Purana. My next visit to Sao Paulo will be soon and will always be deemed empty if I do not visit Purana. feedback sincero: trabalho com marcas e branding, e realmente acredito que um negócio não deve oferecer mais do que pode administrar. na minha experiência, a entrega pelo Ifood é DESASTROSA, de verdade. nunca vi um serviço tão ruim quanto. a pessoa que fica responsável pela entrega claramente é altamente sobrecarregada, e simplesmente NÃO DÁ CONTA. passa o endereço errado pros entregadores, que, novamente, também são sobrecarregados e ficam rodando pela cidade à toda, já que saem com os endereços errados. eles também têm que ficar ligando pro restaurante pra resolver problemas que são causados pelo próprio restaurante, este é o único meio de comunicação entre ambos. a entrega tem uma taxa alta mesmo pra endereços próximos e não é rastreável. além disso, se você contata o restaurante pelo chat do Ifood por ter algum problema, recebe uma mensagem dizendo pra ligar pro número deles, o que também não resolve muita coisa. ou seja, causam o problema e você tem que ficar indo atrás. fora os pedidos cancelados diversas vezes (entrega pelo Ifood ou não entrega?), e os atrasos surreais. também achei o que recebi consideravelmente menor do que é servido (já fui pessoalmente). quanto ao atendimento presencial, o restaurante é bem caótico. na minha experiência, os funcionários foram simpáticos e gentis, mas claramente estavam sobrecarregados, e eu tive que esperar muito tempo pra qualquer coisa. a comida é, como muitos falaram, totalmente simplória, e você paga 70 reais em algo que poderia ter feito por 10 em casa. o ambiente em si é muito bonito e tem um espaço externo bem agradável, entretanto com os outros pontos negativos, acaba não sendo agradável comer no restaurante. sinceramente, é agonizante, já que os funcionários ficam correndo de um lado pro outro, claramente sobrecarregados, e não te atendem bem por conta disso, não por má vontade deles. meu conselho sincero como cliente e profissional da área é: não queiram abarcar tudo ao mesmo tempo. o restaurante claramente não tem estrutura para fazer delivery pelo Ifood no momento, e seus funcionários estão sobrecarregados. busquem investir em estrutura e em mais funcionários, ou vocês vão acabar pagando um preço muito maior a...
