Loving Hut Sofia — Restaurant in Sofia City

I liked that place even before visiting it. When I did visit it, we had the quiche and one of the sandwiches. The quiche was very, very delicious! You could tell it was made recently. As far as the sandwich there were a few things I did not like about it - first it was definitely smaller than the one on the picture. If you put pictures in your menu that requires you to follow them and serve the food as pictured. Secondly it was really dry and I expected it to be warm to be honest. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. The overall atmosphere was nice and soothing, may be except the music - it just wasn't my kind of music. One thing that struck me was that they are using disposable cutlery and dishes. Carefully crafted food with so much flavor in every bite. I am so happy to have found such a place. The owner was patient and kind enough to explain the ingredients for everything we asked which was a lot of items. We got a chickpea wrap with homemade mayo, an intensely fresh cheese and basil cake, two kinds of quiches one with smoked tofu and peppers one with spinach. The spinach one for me will leave me dreaming the seasoning was great. We also had cold cucumber soup which was refreshing for the 40 degree day, and two kinds of cake-mango and berry. As soon as we entered the cozy shop We were greeted with a wide smile by the amazing owner.

I immediately know what I wanted because the display looked so inviting and as foodie I have a sense of what the food should taste like judging by the appearance. We ordered the chicken wrap, meat pizza and the meat quiche.

As soon as we started eating, our taste buds explode with luxurious flavors and we enjoyed every bite! I'm not ashamed to admit that I moaned a little while I ate😆 For dessert we ordered the amazing tiramisu and strawberry milk ice cream.
