Did an online order through their website that was succesful and was payed as well. After 1 hour of not getting my food i checked the order just to see it being canceled without any notification. After calling the restaurant i was told that they had a big order few hours before my order was even made and that the site wasn't supposed to work, but clearly my order was canceled in the process. So i had to go get food from somewhere else and wait for their manager to call me back how to proceed with getting my money back.

After 3 hours the so called manager called me back to ask for my info to give me back my refund and gave me a clearly bullshit explanation of "Yours and one other order didn't give a ticket, so the cook never got your order that's why it wasn't made". On top of that i was just told you will get your refund we hope you come back to us, without even offering to give me some kind of compensation for my next order, for my trouble of waiting on them for 1 hour for food which i was told i won't get and i have to go buy myself food from somewhere else. When i asked about a compensation for my troubles i was told mockingly "What you want me to give you free lunch or dinner if you come in person?"

I am sorry, but while your food itself is good if it comes that is, this kind of service is not even worth a 2* review any proper food service out there i will give you an example with "Happy deliveries" makes sure their customers come back to them by letting them know they care about them.

I wanted to visit this place for several months already since it is close to our home and the feedbacks are good. However, I will not come back. The main reason is that the food was extremely salty. Just extremely. There were six of us and everybody said the same. It was above the level I can normally eat. Even my teenaged daughter, big lover of salt, was not able to finish the potatoes. The second reason was the mess with the orders. One of my friends ordered a buffalo burger and went to the rest room. While he was away the waiter brought his order and put at the table in front of him. My friend came and started eating, at some point he realized it was not buffalo, it was chicken... He decided to continue (he had eaten 1/2 by that time). In 5-7 minutes another waiter came and brought the buffalo burger... We explained what happened and that my friend would continue with chicken one. In 5 minutes another waiter came!!! And again with buffalo burger! And we explained again... Never faced such a...

Overrated and overpriced. I'm tired of this trend that all so many restaurants try to emulate. Here they too try to be the typical "hipster" burger joint. Understand this is overplayed. As many similar places everything here is too expensive just because it's a hipster style restaurant (see the memes online).

Food in the place is mediocre - yes, you can do better at home, just try.

The location is in the complex but the prices are like you are on "Vitoshka" str.

The service is the best part, staff is friendly and polite.

I've eaten 2 times here, just because my friends insisted. But I prefer the other places arround, mainly the pizza restaurants, they have burgers and ribs too, but the prices of drinks and side dishes are cheaper there.

I'm willing to bet that this place will follow many other businesses, with such mediocre attempts, and will close in 2-3 years if they don't change their approach. Call me a hater, I call it "citing...
