We generally love this place, but today we had a huge disappointment. We purchased tickets from the machine for level 5 at 19:15h only to found out that the level is closed a few mins later by one of the assistants. The park closes at 20 o’clock. Plenty of time for us to complete the level, but that is another story. The machine where you purchase tickets for each of the levels was NOT closed and was accepting money for all levels. Apparently the manager put a sign which I was supposed to see on another machine. Well I didn’t see it as I made my purchase from the machine without the sign. And the professional thing would have been for the manager to return my money as they couldn’t provide the experience we purchased. Or at least any professionally run business would have done that. But no, Kokolandia has no refund policy. If you have purchased experience that is closed for one or another reason you are at a loss. Make sure you spend 15min looking and reading through all the signs to make sure you are good to go. It took me a long time of stressful conversations and wasted time for the manager to finally return my money. Disappointing! This is not the type of service that I expected...

I find only the last round a little challenging, but that is because it was designed so. Considering that many children are going through them without a care, the rounds shouldn’t be impossible for an average...
