I have been to this restaurant a few times, each time had small issues more specifically with the waiter/waitress which isn’t a surprise in Bulgaria. This last visit was no surprise. Upon entering the restaurant, no one greets you, we had to ask for a table while the manager or owner is standing near the menu area smoking a vape and not making eye contact with incoming customers. One waiter was able to give us a table for smokers before a busy dinner time and all of the tables had reserved signs on them; this was great however, our waitress was awful. She only gave us 3 menus for 5 people because the rest were taken even though the restaurant was not that busy yet. We asked for an additional menu in English which helped. My sister and I ordered 2 dishes to share; the chicken gyros do not say that they come with mushrooms on the menu, however, they were served to us with mushrooms which I am allergic to. When we asked the waitress why there are mushrooms in the dish when the description didn’t list them, her response was that “they are shown in the picture,” the picture was not clear enough to see mushrooms. After everyone finished their meals/went onto dessert, I received another portion of chicken gyros as ordered before but without mushrooms, the food was good however I had to rush to eat my meal while everyone was done and we had to clear the table soon for the oncoming reservation. The food and atmosphere was good, however the service was unsatisfactory, something should change for...
Read moreThe service was absolutely unprofessional. When the waitress was taking the order I felt like she was rushing so much that I couldn’t focus on what I actually want to order. Her attitude was rude when I simply asked for my food to come later or when I asked her for a glass of water... ridiculous! I believe, that as a waitress you have to make sure that customer is happy as soon as he/she enters your restaurant and I didn’t feel like that at all... very disappointed... The salads were missing at least 2-3 toppings and some food came cold. Also, my uncle was waiting 15-20mins for his food to arrive when everyone else has finished theirs, it wasn’t nice at all... I don’t think I will be back in the future, very disappointed. The only thing that I liked about this place was my favourite dessert, loved it! I wish the Casa di Bianco team a better team in a future and better communication with customers, such us: “How are you?” “How is your food?” “Can I get you anything else?” “Was everything ok?” etc., etc., don’t forget to smile...
Read moreWe had a great meal at this restaurant, we were lucky enough to get a table on the outside terrace, it seems to be very popular between 12 & 2.30pm, parking can also be a problem however don't let these minor problems detract from trying the place out. The menu is extensive as is the separate menu for the Sushi selection, we tried starters from both menus and found them both to be delicious, we were not rushed by the staff and the main courses were served after a few minutes from finishing the starters. Our waiter and waitress both spoke English which is a great help for those of us who have yet to master the Bulgarian language. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, my minor criticism is not with food but why play music and have TVs showing food network, maybe just being picky I just find it odd anyway other than that the restaurant is worth a try. Price wise I found it to be reasonable, 2 starters, 1 garlic bread, 2 main courses, 2 bottled beers and 3 soft drinks for 53 Lev or roughly £26...
