the baked bun is amazing. serving portion is big. char siu rice is delicious, char siu slices are tender and juicy. there is a balance of fat and lean meat. the minced pork soup is packed with flavor and ingredients.

we ordered baked chocolate lava bun, char siu bun, stewed beef with rice vermicelli, and chicken thigh rice.

the baked chocolate lava bun has chocolate lava flowing out of the bun upon first bite. crispy outer layer and smooth and rich chocolate inside. delicious and lovely textures.

char siu buns are tasty and the fillings are chunky giving it a meaty texture.

the beef is tender and broth very flavorful. goes very well with the rice vermicelli that is cooked al-dente

the chicken thigh is also expertly roasted....

Great place for casual dining with a dim sum / Hong Kong bun focus.... very clean, great service, tasty reasonably priced dishes...lots of sunshine through the floor to ceiling glass, very open concept....overall a place to visit over and over

I arrived at Kin Bun House 1 hour before closing, and my experience gave me the feeling that the entire staff was eager to go home and didn't pay attention to my order. I asked for information about the cooking of a meat dish, but no one provided the information, so I opted for two other options that were out of stock. I ended up ordering xia long bao and two types of ban bao. The server confirmed the order with me, but he came with the wrong dish . Additionally, the orders arrived completely randomly, I waited 10 minutes between each meal which weren't really good. I left the restaurant...
