ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. Came with a group of 18 but they very nicely put the tables together for us and welcomed us in. We also got a photo and it ended up on the wall which was very delightful. On our 2 week trip to Cambodia we dined at Thy Phalla for 3 of those meals - that's how much our group enjoyed it (most other places only getting one visit). Only complaint was that their weren't quite enough fans, so it was pretty warm, and it's a fairly basic Khmer rice-shop. However, the food was all excellent, with a lot of choice. The levels of spice were good, and they weren't stingy with sauces and condiments, so you could adjust to taste. Service was pretty good, reasonably quick, and the prices were good too. I think we had more food than we could comfortably finish, along with a bottle of water each, for about $2 each....
