I have had many dealings with this Timmies, as we go thru the drive thru twice a day, every day. We also go inside a few times a week. We spend alot of money here as we buy boxes of tea, keurig cups, tassimo cups, our kitchen cupboards are stocked with the red and white timmies mugs and we own water bottles and thermos units that we replace every few months. There are a couple of employees that are exceptionally great...Janet, Vandanna, Destiny, Colton, and a few more. The difficult thing is that there are a few younger girls that work the drive thru and are extremely rude. They are very disrespectful and when you pull up to the window to retrieve your order and they smile at you but then you literally hear them talking about you and making jokes to each other, it turns you right off. I think in todays world, it has become too easy to be rude to each other. I have 2 teen daughters....if you dont like them.....that is not my problem or my fault. I am a grown woman, that spends a few hundred a week at your restaurant. You should do what you are paid to do. Take my order, prepare my order, take my money and hand over my order politely and with a smile. If you cannot handle your very simple job, then perhaps you should not be working there. I will say that the washrooms are very clean, if you are traveling and need to stop. The tables are usually cleaned well too. The only negative to this timmies are the young workers that disrespect and continue to get away with it. I am sure they must be quite difficult for some of the positive ladies...
Read moreCame here 2 days in a row First day my steeped tea was luke warm Today the lady that took my order was wonderful, she asked medium or large seeped tea for my travel cup, I said they told me large yesterday, so she said doesn’t look large but we will just do large. Our food was up but still no beverages then a regular coffee and steep tea 2 & 2 came up I inquired if this was for my order. She couldn’t answer me, I asked if this was my order can I have my cup back, I was told to wait my turn ! I waited as she called for regular coffee and the steep tea again, I said is this order for “…” I don’t know doesn’t have a name 🤷 Then she said what’s the coffee for your cup I said I asked for steep tea. Ok what size ? I said it was large yesterday so I ordered the same today. “No way it’s a large, gave you a medium” The attitude of this person was horrible. No CS whatsoever. I’m sure it’s not a big amount but to pay for a large and get a medium and being told in a way that I am trying to cheat them as I couldn’t have ordered a large is just …. No napkins for the food either.

Read moreI like to go here for food that's a nice balance between a restaurant and fast food. My neuromuscular and blood sugar issues necessitate a low sugar intake. This chain has many low-sugar options. Though, some sandwiches, salads and rice bowls do have sweet sauces or other ingredients added to them; be aware of this if you need to watch your sugar intake.
During my recent dine-in visit, I was very impressed by how they handled my order. Because of my food sensitivities, I asked if they have carbonated water. The cashier said they did not, but she asked another employee if she could use the carbonated water dispenser that was used for making some kind of sugary beverage.
She gave me the carbonated water alone, and at a discount compared to the full price of the drink item. I'm very impressed by the staff on duty that day. I was very grateful that the cashier was willing to help accommodate my food sensitivities.
If you happen to be in 100 Mile House, looking for food or drinks, I highly recommend...
