100 Mile Canadian 2 for 1 Guide to Losing Customers: Customer walks into restaurant, pays for order to go. Customer returns 30 mins later. Cashier suggests customer's name is wrong because that is not what shows up on computer. Cashier is extremely puzzled, especially when provided a receipt of sale 30 minutes prior. Cashier disappears in the back and woman, presumably manager, comes to front Customer is informed that the restaurant has "misplaced" the order of two pizzas. Customer is told to take the refund or wait at least another 30 minutes. No attempt is made whatsoever to compensate any of the order, time-cost is left at customer's expense as if this is somehow customer's fault. I would give this a -1,000,000 stars if I could! I have no doubt the pizza is good because I used to order from here in Vernon, but the service is TERRIBLE! I went to this place as I was travelling from Prince George to Vernon. I called for an order of pick up.....and was told it is NOT 2 for 1 pizza. Was told it would be $28ish for 2 medium pizzas as they were like $13 each. Whatever, let that roll. THEN went there in the 15 mins I was told it would take and IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED YET! Never in my life have I EVER went to a pizza place where they can't even START the pizza in 15 mins. It was NOT BUSY, there was zero people in there! I will never go back to this place and recommend that you don't waste your time! Worst service I have ever...

I have been here many times over the years (so this review isn't based on just 1 bad or good experience) including recently and the pizza is always great! They never skimp on the toppings or cheese, the pizza is more on the "loaded" side. Their pizza sauce is delicious too. Crust is good, though maybe a bit on the hard side for some. I took 6 friends/relatives here the other day and they all loved the pizza too, and a couple said it was the best pizza they've ever had anywhere. Definitely a place to go to in...
